Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I was impressed by the efficient room service and the comforts of the room. Despite a minor inconvenience with the taxi service, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend Hotel Duman for its great amenities and convenience. I'll recommend this hotel.

The prices are reasonable and you get a lot for what you pay. The attention to detail is impressive, with basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic, being close to the two main shopping centers in Astana, as well as being near to many entertainment venues and a massive park. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast includes freshly made eggs and comes with very good coffee, providing a great start to the day.

All was just fine, no complaints at all.

This hotel is a great value for money with spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff provides excellent service, attending to details such as an extra towel and freshly made eggs for breakfast. The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the nearby park and city. I liked my room - a nice size for coffee in the cafe. The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is particularly good and savoury with beverage and very good coffee and an amazing view.
